Finding praise

This past month we have received news that has rocked us. Changed us and is shaping us differently.
Among many other news, we found out a week ago today that the division where hubby works is closing. This means very uncertain times for us. We have no idea what is happening. Where we will be or what we will be doing. We do know this. We will be doing it together.

In light of this news I NEED to find time to Praise. To thank a great merciful God.

I am thankful that hubby is such a strong rock. He not only got this news that changed us, but then he also had to deliver the news to the men that work with him. I am so thankful that God matched me up with such an amazing kind hearted, hard working man.

I am thankful that for now I get to be close to my family. Our sons only live 25 minutes away and we are able to see them frequently.

I am thankful that no matter what God has in store for us, I know we are in this together.

I am thankful that I have a roof over my head.

I am thankful that I have power to heat my house.

I am thankful that I have a very reliable vehicle to drive.

I am thankful that my beautiful daughter and I have been making many memories as we spend hours in the vehicle driving to and from dance practice.

I am thankful that I am learning to let go and let HIM have that control. Scary stuff.

I am thankful for some amazing bible study partners. I love you my Rubies!! Thank you!!

I am thankful for YOU. I love receiving comments and knowing there is people that care.

I am thankful!!

I am linking up today with Lisa.

  3. That is major news--and major change! I understand that fear of letting go when you have no idea what's coming up next! It's encouraging to me to see your thankful list in spite of your circumstances at the moment.
