Hey you all, I just wanted to pop in and say HI!!
Things are actually going pretty good right now.
For the most part we are in a calm.
I attribute this all to God.
He is the one keeping us stable.
Otherwise I might be a little crazy.
The division that Rob is at is pretty much done as of Friday. He will go in one day next week for paperwork but that is it. We still don't know what we are doing. He is taking a few days holidays next week so we can try and figure it out.
He has been getting job offers left, right and center. It makes me so proud of him. He has worked so hard and done such a great job that people are jumping over themselves to find a place with them.
This also makes me so happy that God is laying such amazing groundwork for us. He truly is providing.
I am happy to know that no matter where HE leads us next it will be an amazing journey.
Well that's about all tonight. I just wanted to give you all that quick update. I decided for Lent that I am giving up sleep. In the morning for the next 20 days I will be getting up .5 hr earlier and the 20 days after that 1 hr earlier. I am hoping to use this time to dig deeper into the bible studies and spend time with HIM.
Soooo in saying that it is bedtime for me.
I am oneeeee tired Momma.
Night!!!!

Progress?? Not really.
Well I must admit I haven't done a lot towards my goals this week. Why? Well no reason really. Feeling a little bit lazy honestly.
1. Learn to let go and trust God!
Well I think this one is a bit hard to measure. But I do know this. I am feeling more peaceful. I have moments of pure fear still, but I am praying lots. It's so hard to let HIM have the control.
2. Drink more water every day.
Some days are really good and then other days I am still forgetting and then wonder why I am having headaches. LOL
Must work harder on this one.
3. Organizing daily and office.
Nope not a chance, well other than I filed a few bills. LOL However I decided to take a before pic so that I could pressure myself into doing it. LOL
That's right folks, not even close to being pretty. LOL
Hopefully this gives me the incentive I need.
Then the three from last month.
1. Spend every single day with time in the Word.
2. My blog.
Keep regular posting.
3. Our bills.
Keep working on that budget.
I am still spending at least 6 out of 7 days with HIM and more often than not that 7th day as well.
My blog, well I wasn't overly inspired this week, like I said I was lazy so not much posting. Hoping to get back into Monday. Our bills, well I found some useful programs I am going to try. If any of you has any great programs you use for your budget, PLEASE sent them to me. I am at a loss here.
Well I am off to spend the weekend with a couple of my sisters. It should be a good time. Lots of laughs and lots of tears. My kind of healing weekend. LOL

Finding praise
This past month we have received news that has rocked us. Changed us and is shaping us differently.
Among many other news, we found out a week ago today that the division where hubby works is closing. This means very uncertain times for us. We have no idea what is happening. Where we will be or what we will be doing. We do know this. We will be doing it together.
In light of this news I NEED to find time to Praise. To thank a great merciful God.
I am thankful that hubby is such a strong rock. He not only got this news that changed us, but then he also had to deliver the news to the men that work with him. I am so thankful that God matched me up with such an amazing kind hearted, hard working man.
I am thankful that for now I get to be close to my family. Our sons only live 25 minutes away and we are able to see them frequently.
I am thankful that no matter what God has in store for us, I know we are in this together.
I am thankful that I have a roof over my head.
I am thankful that I have power to heat my house.
I am thankful that I have a very reliable vehicle to drive.
I am thankful that my beautiful daughter and I have been making many memories as we spend hours in the vehicle driving to and from dance practice.
I am thankful that I am learning to let go and let HIM have that control. Scary stuff.
I am thankful for some amazing bible study partners. I love you my Rubies!! Thank you!!
I am thankful for YOU. I love receiving comments and knowing there is people that care.
I am thankful!!

February already??
Wow hard to believe January is already done. In some ways, I must say I am thrilled that it is and in others a little nervous with what is coming next.
January has dealt us some interesting blows.
Some not directly to my family and some were a direct hit.
However in that midst of all that I can see some fresh air.
A new beginning.
So in saying that I really want to keep focusing on the 3 in 30 goals.
As I said at the beginning of the year, I have some pretty major overall goals. I decided to break it down each month and work specifically on 3. However I decided that I wanted to keep focus on the goals from each month. So.... for February, I will have 3 fresh goals, but I will also keep working on my January ones.
I am not sure how I will be come November...But...
So for February's fresh goals...
1. Learn to let go and trust God!
This is gonna be huge. I am scared. I know HE has great plans for myself and my family in all of this so I am trying to learn how to be open and Let HIM have control. I think I will need TONS of prayer on this one.
2. Drink more water every day.
I made this a goal last year and for the month it worked great. Then I let it slide. I feel better when I am hydrated. Go figure. :)
So I am hoping to drink at least 6 8oz glasses per day.
3. Organizing daily and office.
My office often looks like a bomb went off. I sit down at my computer and have to move paperwork around. My goal for that is to clean it up and then keep it cleaned up. Organize it so that it is friendly for me to use.
Also my daily schedule. I was doing this the beginning few weeks of January and it was working great. Helping me keep my focus, so I need to keep at this and get us organized.
These are the 3 goals I am carrying over from last month.
1. Spend every single day with time in the Word.
2. My blog.
