It can also be used for things such as car insurance, but those types of things have to be okayed by us. With the other 50%, they have to buy most of their own clothing (after age 14) and whatever else they want.<br /><br />But you are in a hard place because they have expenses related to their jobs right now and if you don't pay them, they won't be able to work.
